By using NearDeal Southport, you agree to these terms. This service is provided free of charge to users.

2. Service Description

NearDeal Southport is a 100% FREE service for users that:

• Connects users with local business offers and events at no cost
• Displays deals posted by independent businesses
• Provides a space for discovering local opportunities
• Will always be free for users - no subscriptions, no hidden fees, ever
• Businesses may pay fees to use the platform, but users never do

3. Platform Status - We're Not a Marketplace

NearDeal Southport is ONLY a platform. We:

• DO NOT sell products or services
• DO NOT create, verify, or guarantee offers
• DO NOT process payments or transactions
• DO NOT fulfill orders or provide services
• ARE NOT a party to any agreements between you and businesses

4. Business Responsibility

Each business on NearDeal is solely responsible for:

• Creating and posting accurate offers
• Honoring all posted offers within their validity period
• Providing the products/services as advertised
• Handling customer service and complaints
• Complying with UK consumer protection laws

4b. Verified Businesses

Some businesses display a Verified badge. This badge means the business has been verified by the NearDeal team as a legitimate business in Southport. Verification is a manual process carried out only by our admin team to help you identify genuine local businesses.

Please note: This verification does not mean that NearDeal is responsible for the offers, goods, or services offered by that business. All transactions and interactions remain solely between you and the business.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Use the platform respectfully and legally
• Verify offer details with businesses before redeeming
• Contact businesses directly with questions or concerns
• Support local businesses fairly and honestly
• Respect offer terms and conditions set by businesses

6. User Accounts

You may create a free account to save favorites and receive notifications. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

7. Offer Redemption

When redeeming offers:

• Check the offer's expiry date and terms
• Present the offer to the business (show on your device or mention it)
• The business has the final say on redemption
• Any disputes should be resolved directly with the business

8. Privacy & Notifications

We collect minimal data to provide our service. You can opt-in to receive notifications about new offers from businesses you follow. You can manage notification preferences in your profile.

9. Limitation of Liability

NearDeal Southport is not liable for any issues arising from offers, products, or services provided by businesses. All transactions and interactions are solely between you and the business.
