• The ability to post 1 flash sale per month (each valid for up to 48 hours)
• The ability to post 4 events per month
• Monthly limits automatically reset at the start of each calendar month
• No payment or credit card information required to get started
• Complete freedom to cancel or cease using the platform at any time

This free trial is designed to help you experience the platform's benefits without any commitment.

2. Posting Limits & Offer Validity

To ensure a high-quality, fresh, and engaging experience for users, specific posting limits and validity periods apply:

• Regular Offers: Maximum 2 per calendar month, each valid for up to 14 days (2 weeks) from its posting date.
• Flash Sales: Maximum 1 per calendar month, each valid for up to 48 hours from its posting date.
• Events: Maximum 4 per calendar month.
• These limits are strictly enforced and reset on the 1st day of each calendar month.
• Exceeding these limits in any given month will prevent you from posting additional items until the next month begins.

These limits help maintain relevance and urgency for consumers, encouraging frequent visits to the platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and creating a business profile on NearDeal Southport, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your acceptance is mandatory for platform usage.

4. Service Description

NearDeal Southport provides a free trial platform enabling local businesses to post promotional offers (within specified monthly limits) and events (within specified monthly limits) to connect with local consumers.

5. Platform Status

NearDeal operates solely as an advertising and connection platform. We are NOT responsible for the actual transactions, product/service fulfillment, or resolution of disputes that may arise between businesses and consumers.

5b. The "Verified" Badge

Some businesses display a Verified badge. This badge means the business has been verified by the NearDeal team as a legitimate business in Southport. Verification is a manual process performed only by our admin team — businesses cannot self-verify.

Please note: This verification does not mean that NearDeal is responsible for the offers, goods, or services offered by that business. All transactions and interactions remain solely between the business and the consumer.

6. Your Business Responsibilities

• Ensure all posted offers and events are accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including consumer protection, advertising standards, and data privacy.
• Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.
• Keep your business information, including contact details and operating hours, accurate and up-to-date on the platform.
• Honor all posted offers and events without exception for their entire validity period.

7. Offer and Event Management

• You must honor all active offers and events until their specified expiry date.
• You retain the ability to edit or deactivate non-expired offers and events at any time through your business portal.
• Expired offers and events are automatically removed from public view on the platform.
• Monthly posting limits for offers and flash sales reset precisely on the 1st day of each calendar month.
